1.Acceptance of Terms

2. Services

Vgazolution Private Limited provides gas pipeline contracting services in India. Our services include pipeline installation for residential & commercials projects, maintenance and repair, etc.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

– Providing accurate and complete information for project requirements
– Obtaining necessary permits and approvals
– Ensuring site access and safety
– Timely payment for services rendered

4. Payment Terms

– Payment terms are 50% on Purchase Order
– 30% Payment on delivery of Products
– 20% on completion and testing
– Invoices are due within 30 days from the day of issue
– Late payments may incur interest charges of 1% per month

5. Warranties and Representations

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner in accordance with industry standards. We make no other warranties, express or implied.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Confidentiality

We will maintain the confidentiality of all client information and project details, except as required by law or with client consent.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our designs, plans, and documents remain our property unless explicitly transferred in writing.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Clients are responsible for payment for all services rendered up to the termination date.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai. .

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
